Many people share project management articles, images, and advice on Pinterest. Yes, really. It’s more than just crafts and recipes, although I do use it for that as well.
This list contains 12 project management pinners boards that I have curated so you can see them all.
I have made sure that these boards and users have at least 100 pins, and many times more, and that they have a large number of followers. There are many small boards for project management, so it’s worth looking around and following ‘Project Management.’
1. Easyprojecthub
Julia Padget, the woman behind Easyprojecthub has a Pinterest account under her company name. Her boards are organized, color coordinated, and relevant. There are many of them. She covers everything, from virtual meetings to Six Sigma, and all topics related to PMs.
2. Cornelius Fichtner
PM Exam Tips is the account and podcast of Cornelius Fichtner, an avid podcaster and all-around PM expert. He has over 1000 pins and focuses mainly to share PMP(r), exam prep advice.
3. Strategy Sarah
Strategy Sarah pins on project management, career planning and productivity. I found a lot of great stuff on her boards, and it was a bit overwhelming. Pinterest is a dangerous place. It’s easy to get lost in a rabbit hole, then suddenly it’s lunchtime and the project hasn’t moved on.
4. Mike Clayton
Mike Clayton’s main Pinterest boards focus on themes that relate to his online training in project management. One worth looking at is the Project Basics board.
5. Wrike
The Project Management Daily board by the Wrike project management software developers is a great one. They curate the best articles on their blog.
6. Capterra
Capterra has many boards that aren’t relevant to project managers. However, there is a board on project management software.
7. Project-Management.com
This Pinterest account has nearly 1.5k pins as of the time I am writing this, but I just discovered it recently. There are many project management software images and reviews, each with a specific board.
8. LiquidPlanner
Pinterest is used by the LiquidPlanner pinners to save blog articles and tips. You can also check out the board Funny Fridays for some cheering up.
9. AK Wagner Consulting
A small project management board is available that is filled with tips and infographics. It is well-constructed and they pin quite some, so hopefully this will grow into a larger resource. One to keep an eye on.
10. AMA Bookstore
The American Management Association Bookstore Pinterest boards have a lot to offer in the way of books. This is a great place for inspiration reading.
11. Bonita Tompkins
Bonita pins many things about travel and smallholdings, but she also has a large (at 370+ Pins) board about project administration. There are some useful and interesting pins, but the focus is on tools.
And, of course…
12. Me
Follow SPOTO on Pinterest.
My blog articles are mainly found on my Pinterest board. I also have a selection other boards, from PM templates and printables, to PM infographics.
I also have group boards where other pinners share their top articles. I am happy to add people to these. Drop me a line if you are on Pinterest and would like to share your project management content.
Pinterest can be used as a search engine without you needing to be a pinner. If you are looking for PM tips, PM advice, and interesting articles, then browse. There are many toddler crafts and recipes that you will find useful.
